Description
Welcome, take your time looking thru these oddball things that don't seem to have a name, I have been throwing them in the drawers for a while. Click on "larger picture" for more detail. The ones on the right of the stick pin (including the stickpin) appear to be made from real coins. The 4 to the left, do not appear to be real, rather cast or somehow made otherwise. Not for sure, but I'm giving my opinion. 2 on the left side are gold tinted, the upper made to look like a 1907 half dollar, the lower one an 1890 dollar. The 1907 has a "Nov 22" date stamped in it. The other 2 on the questionable left side look to be made like quarters, both 1912, and having attachments for something. The stickpin is a 1913 dime, there is a 1971 Kennedy half, and a cool looking Canadian piece, maybe a quarter, with a gent's face pushed out (maybe a French or Canadian famous politician). The reverse of this silver coin is stamped "pat.Nov.22.1904". Lastly is a 1908 U.S. quarter that someone has actually pushed the face back within the coin as best they could. That's it, 8 curious pieces for 1 price. Shipping is 2.99 (U.S.). Thanks for looking!
