Kahn on April 3, 1986.  However, the engraving on the reverse was done by an early computer-laser engraving process.  The “process” seems to have been mis-programed as the engraving was done twice and the medal seems to have been rotated a few degrees between each attempt.  The medal is in AU condition with high point rub on the obverse but the reverse has a few small scratches, probably from sitting on a surface; and a few rim tick.  It is unsigned and was stuck by the Medallic Art Company (MACO).  This is a RARE medal and I have NEVER seen it offered on eBay before.  I will combine postage for winning bidders of multiple items.  Look at my other auctions for more quality Medals.    Any questions?
