The back is unsigned and it looks uncanceled. I don't know anything about stock certificates or if it has any value about collector value. I was told that the person who owned the stock (Anne Hope Bennett) was the grandaughter of Oliver Winchester. There are two dates stamped on the certificate March 4, 1929 and March 6, 1929.
