This note Serial No. 003551 was issued on the 1st July 1970 by the Chief Executive of the Ulster Bank, J J A Leitch.  PLEASE NOTE THIS NOTE IS VERY RARE OWING TO:-  It being the first of this type to be issued.  Obviously only a small number were issued owing to the double zeros in front of the number 3551. Please see Page 330, NI.833 (a) of Banknote Yearbook 5th edition.  This does not even give a price for this note.  It just lists it as rare. Alas this note is graded as " POOR"   The bottom righthand corner is missing.  There is a slight trace of a large bank frank on the front, middle.  It also has the usual edge nicks and folds and creases. However it has no pin holes visible when held up to the light nor no counting marks. However this note must be very collectable even in this condition as these notes are very scarce and hard to obtain. The note is for sale so I will start the bidding at face value of £20 to give everybody a chance to bid for this rare note.
