It is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the USAAF return to England, minted with the dates “1942-1992”. Beautiful design on the front illustrates a young airman looking up at a squadron of 18 aircraft, and the wing of perhaps a Republic P-47. On the back the Union Jack is incorporated into a runway underneath a B-24 Liberator and two B-17 Flying Fortresses over vertical stripes and stars.
