In VG condition with one small water spot on the bottom left corner and two tiny tears i the top border(see scan). The tears are not very noticable and I almost didn't notice when listing the item. Has the usual two fold lines. This is the only one of these I've seen and the only one I have. Buyer to pay $3 S&H.
