The Kingdom of Lanna existed during A.D. 14-17th century, and situated in area where today known as the famous Golden Triangle, the converges of Thailand, Lao and Myanmar.  The Kingdom utilized own money system and produced various kind of money medium.  Pig Mouths were one of the very high-value money, due to its high in silver contents, used predominently in the Chiangmai-Chiangrai area. Pig Mouth money are very scarce, especially in perfect condition due to its delicately made thin surface and softness of silver contents.   The method of producing this kind of money is still unknown today and this made them impossible to duplicate.
