Graded by PCGS as being in GOOD condition struck 10% off center  the label reads NO DATE MINT ERROR. The 186_ is strong in the date, the fourth digit is not as strong due to the error but you can see a 4 with your bare eyes. I don't know if PCGS made their own error in labeling this a no date or if they just did'nt want to make the call? Either way it does not have the rays of the variety 2, nor does it have the arrows at date of the variety 3, it also does not have the motto of the variety 4. Being that it has none of these  makes it a variety 1. This is a great RARE OLD ERROR that is a must have in any old mint error collection. Unfortunately, the ebay photo does not do it justice.
