Couple of tiny pin holes and a light centerfold, otherwise choice for the grade. No tears, no holes, no restoration attempts, nor any other problems. Furthermore, this note is signed by John Williams, a Colonel in the Revolutionary War and a member of the Continental Congress from North Carolina in 1778 & 1779. Do a Goggle search on his name, or see WIKIPEDIA's site http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Williams_(delegate)  for further biographical information.
