Description As a silver dollar type, the seated liberty silver dollar is MANY times scarcer than the Morgan Dollar--in fact, it's not even close! I really looked for a 'c.c' mintmark on this one-- see something that looks like an 'O' but that must be a trick of the wear and shadows, as there is no such thing as an 1871-O seated dollar-- so this is certainly a Philadelphia Mint issue.
