Description SquareTrade © AP6.0 You are bidding in a fixed price auction for Rolls of Brilliant Uncirculated Morgan Dollars!  Each roll contains 20 beautiful coins.  Most are Philadelphia mint but some mint marks are available.  I have several similar coins running in other auctions and in my Ebay store. We accept credit cards, preferably through Paypal, but we will accept credit cards over the phone if you are having problems or are opposed to using Paypal. We will hold large checks for clearing before we ship. Please do not send cash. Fees. Shipping and handling fees are listed in the auction. We will combine shipping for multiple orders and we will reduce shipping in some cases for larger orders. Our shipping charges posted in our auctions are geared toward the smaller customer, and if you are buying a large quantity, you may overpay for shipping, which we will work with you to reduce in certain circumstances. A 10% restocking fee will be applied on returns which will be waived at our discretion. Shipping. We ship all items several times a week. We ship all packages worldwide unless otherwise noted in the auction. International shipping rates should be posted on the auction listing, please email us if you have any questions. We only ship via USPS. We will use Priority mail on packages over 13oz; for packages less than 13oz we use first class mail. We can Express Mail any order for an additional $15. We put delivery confirmation on every package regardless of the weight. Insurance is handled through a private insurance company (DSI). (Please do not assume that we sent the package uninsured because you do not see USPS postal insurance on the package) Most packages will be insured per the auction listing with no additional cost to you. Delivery. Typically you should have your auction within a week of ordering. Occassionally there will be a delay in shipping, especially if you make a special request from us. All orders are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders that are more than $250 will receive signature confirmation as well. If you pay by Paypal we must keep signature confirmation on the order, we can only waive it if you pay by check or money order. Echecks are the same as regular checks, we will ship as soon as they clear. International Orders. All orders, except in the event we are selling something that is not permitted to be shipped to certain countries, can be shipped worldwide. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, charges, or VAT taxes. Refunds & Returns. We accept items for return within 30 days of receipt by you. Shipping charges are your responsibility and we have the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns, which we will waive at our discretion. This is normally not charged on smaller (under $100) items. We attempt to make as good of a representation of the grade of the coins in the auction as possible based on the wording in the auction listing. Often, the coin shown in the picture is an example of the type of coin and/or grade, and may or may not be actually available in the auction. While the vast majority of customers agree with our grade, you may be someone that doesn't. It's ok! We respect your opinion and want to make sure that you are happy. If you're not, you can return coins for a refund or exchange the coins for no charge. You are responsible for return shipping, but we will pay to reship the coins back to you. However, we cannot accept returns until any neutral/negative feedbacks and/or Paypal buyer complaints are resolved. (We will work with you if you work with us!) The restocking fee is charged because of problems we have had with people buying large lots of coins and then searching through them to pick out rare dates or especially good condition coins and then attempting to return the rest. As a result, if you do return less than half of an order, we will not charge a restocking fee (shipping is not refundable). Also, if it is clear that we shipped you the wrong item (such as you ordered Peace Dollars and you got Wheat Pennies) then we will not charge a restocking fee (and we will reimburse you for postage) Communication is key to a successful transaction and Ebay experience.
