Description
Renaissance ® Wax: Introductory 65 ml (2.25 oz.) SizeThe Wax Polish of Museums and Restorers—and HobbyistsFine Starter Size for Coin and Knife CollectorsFREE, SHIPPING and TRACKING in U.S. - in a BOX ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The finest conservation wax that you’ll ever use! We became familiar with this British-made Renaissance wax when a nationally renowned restorer visited our house to rescue a dresser and to instruct us on the care of fine pieces of furniture (such as “never use dust-attracting oil”). We were pleased with its glass-clear, silky lustre (no sticky, yellow-waxy build-up) and ease of application. Next, a sculptor of a valuable bronze statue insisted we use Renaissance wax to restore (which it did) and protect our statue. By now, we’re totally sold on this hard-to-find, acid-free, non-abrasive wax. Very long shelf life, and a little wax goes a long way, so even this small can is more economical than it might first seem. Renaissance wax is also recommended for your: Finished and unfinished wood--FURNITURE!  Although for furniture, you may want the larger size. Stone or metal sculpture, antiquities, and Roman coins--gold and silver Fountain pens Drills (less binding) and garden, steel, vintage tools and hardware Paper kite, model airplane, and model boat (water-proofs) Leather shoes and handbag (less chance of staining clothes as with dye) Marble-top furniture; clocks Violin, cello, guitar, and many other musical instruments I v o r y, horn, shell and scrimshaw Car interior Jewelry, jade, bead, precious stones, Displayed rocks, shells and meteorites Gun exteriors, holsters, and paintball equipment Vintage photograph And tin, brass, pewter, and copper. Great for kitchen counters, and we like what it does to a golf club and duck decoy. Coin, knife, razor, sword and archery fans, plus pipe collectors, use Renaissance Wax. Recommended for porcelain doll parts. The owners of tatto equipment are recommending this wax.
