I will point out the flaws as I see them worst being on the front.Please see photo # 3 in the lower right hand corner there is a crease but it dose not show on the back.But on the back in the two top corners there is also a crease that dose not show on the front. This leads me to think that it might have been framed at sometime and if it was it was a long time ago because I have had it put away for years with other bills and coins that I am listing on ebay.Also on the front at the top there is what appears to be black ink smudges the same on the back small green spots here and along the border again Please see photos.I cant think or see anything elise that might help you decide if this bill is something you want.So I will invite you to stop by my other auctions.
