Mishandled by PCGS.' Description I sent these in to PCGS for grading. Upon receiving them back was astonished to see the MS 65 grade on the 5$? It had no scratch on it when i sent it but there it was? But the others had a MS 69 grade so I said nothing. After a year in my safe I was taking inventory and noticed stains on the $25 and $10? I was furious. These appeared to be mishandled and sneezed on. If anything whoever buys these will have a rare example of PCGS screwing up the handling of these coins.
