It is the Type T-70, and it is uncancelled, either CC or COC.  The note is completely original and almost uncirculated. I can see embossing on it, and while there are some light creases, there are no hard folds. The cutting was a bit off center, but otherwise it is an excellent example for the type in a Confederate banknote collection. It is definitely real and not a counterfeit or reproduction.
