This is what is known as the Matron Head variety. The coin itself is better than the scan shows and has very fine details in the hair and the word LIBERTY on the obverse and in the wreath on the reverse. These coins were designed by John Reich. Date: 1819. Mint: NA. Size and weight: 10.89 grams of a copper and is 28-29 mm in diameter. References: Page 67 in "2008 US Coin Digest, 6th edition, David C. Harper, editor, Published by Krause Publications, Iola, WI." Condition: I would grade this coin as very fine or better. The coin has scratches and bag marks commensurate with its age.
