Most Philipine coins have been cleaned at one time or another.  Low mintage KEY COIN of the series, with only 500 made!!!!!   A must have for the distinguished Philipine collector or someone who wants to have a one-of-a-kind collection. Only 500 made in the WHOLE WORLD, and I have two that I know of!!
