I acquired it about 5 years ago and its been one of the prides of my collection.  I've enjoyed having this and others like it in my collection, but now its time to put a few of these out there.  This is the first time I've ever offered it to anyone. This note is a beauty and has a great history and story behind it. It was one man's lucky charm for over 50 years, during which time it sat in his wallet--hence the low grade of Fine-.  He obviously found it in circulation a long, long time back and just kept it close to his money.  Wish it was a GEM, but with this kind of rarity and serial, you take what you can get.  It might sell for 10K if it was GEM.  You can score it for much, much less. With the way fancy serials keep climbing, this note is sure to keep appreciating nicely.
