The Port Royal & St. Andrew's Copper Mining Company of Jamaica. First Completely Registered 20th January 1853 Aug.1853 uncancelled cert. for one share. Embossed seal with company name, signed by the Secretary. Black print on white paper EF Port Royal located on the island of Jamaica is today part of Kingston. Once the headquarters of English buccaneers such as Henry Morgan. Destroyed by earthquake, most buildings which survived later destroyed by fire.
