PCGS BOX 20pcs 1991 SILVER EAGLE FIRST STRIKE PCGS MS69 This is a potentially terrific long term investment to store away for the next generation. As of June 2008, PCGS had only ever graded less than 500 coins in such a lofty grade as MS69 First Strike. Each of these 20 coins is tied for the finest known. PCGS has never graded an MS70 1991 Silver Eagle, not a regular and not a First Strike. This is, of course, as of June 2008. As of this date, NGC has never graded a 1991 MS70 First Strike either.
