On offer are 20 pound weighed lots of coins discovered in a basement during a recent quality estate clearance.  ONLY 6 LOTS While clearing furniture and household effects we discovered these coins in the basement which appear to have been there for quite some time judging by the undisturbed duston the boxes they were contained in. Given that the main house contained a large amount of valuables it is feasible to assume that the owner bought better quality coins ratherthan just cheap junk. The amount of gold in this lot seems to establish the validity of this theory !!! We are not coin dealers and therefore do not have specialist knowledge of coins but judging by the amount of gold coins in this batch we know it has to be a fairly valuablelittle haul. We have broken it down into 20 pound lots under the advice of members of an ebay coin collectors group and tried to ensure that each bag has roughly the same amountof gold items. We are not sure what each gold coin is but some have been identified as gold sovereigns,eagles and maples  however we are advised that their worth depends on their age andwhere they were minted but are unsure as to how to identify the mint? The other items are a mixture of silver and copper coins with what we are told is a high percentage of silver items which we are not sure if this is good or bad as it would dependon the value or rarity of the actual coins rather than the metal they are made from we presume? Who knows what you might find in this lot? Could be anything and some sorting by someone with knowledge may well reveal some great items. These coins have absolutely fantasticpotential for interesting finds. There appears to be a good representation of the entire world with the larger proportion being US, UK and AU coins. What you will get is a 20 pound  bag of these coins that have not been sorted by us excepting to make sure that each bag has a roughly equal weight of gold items in it to make it fairand to be able to guarantee that you will receive gold items in this assortment. The number of coins per bag will vary due to different coins being different sizes and weights. See images below for what these mixes contain.
