Mark Antony Legionary Silver Denarius.......Legion XIV OBVERSE: Galley of Rowers with border of dots REVERSE: Legionary Eagle between 2 Standards LEG XIV, the obverse is struck off center This is a lightly toned Silver legionary denarius of Mark Antony. This one weighs 2.8 grams and is just over 16 millimeters wide. This is the first Legion XIV Tater has ever sold, which of course doesn't make it rare just special:) HAPPY BIDDING!!!!!!.......TATER The Roman silver denarius was first struck in 211 b.c. it was the most common denomination of silver coin and was minted until the late 3rd century.
