This is a vary scarce MULE set from the Mint.  This 25ct mule error coin, from the 2007 Royal Canadian Mint Olympic S.E. set, was struck accidentally by the Royal Canadian Mint when they muled a normal Olympic coinage head of Queen Elizabeth II with the reverse design of the 2007 Paralympic Wheelchair Curling 25 ct.  The resulting accidental coin is Canada's rarest modern issue. This piece is far beyond a normal mule error as a whole new coin was created. It is a must for every Canadian coin collection.
