The serial number falls within the FEH 9.000-9.972 range, so it is also an FEH insert note. As if that's not enough, this note also has the Missing Circle variety (the arrow below points to where the small orange circle should be in the left margin of the note's face). The March 2007 CPMS newsletter estimates that 9,800 missing circle notes were printed in the FEH insert range. Since RADARs are statistically 1 in 1,000, that means 9 or 10 of these missing circle inserts is a radar. How many of those 9 or 10 were discovered and saved?
