This coin was among a group of coins I purchased at a sale. It is one of two Medieval era coins that were in the group. (see my other auctions for the other Medieval coin) The other coins were primarily from Germany and Austria, so I am guessing that is where this coin originated. I have attempted to find this particular coin at various online sites, but have had no luck. If you know any information about it, please contact me so I can include it in this description. The coin is less than 1/2-inch across. On the obverse side are the letters H and O. Depending on how you hold the coin, It looks like a face in the middle with a fancy collar underneath. Turn it upside down and it sort of looks like a crown with something underneath. The reverse side is quite worn but almost looks like a coat of arms.
