GUARANTEED LOWEST PRICE FOR THE QUALITY & VARIETY YOU WILL RECEIVE!! 29.9 CENTS!~ not a typo ~29.9 CENTS! "TURNKEY" DEAL! ~ BUY THIS LOT & YOU'LL INSTANTLY BE A WELL-STOCKED SCRIPOPHILY DEALER (OR THE PROUD OWNER OF THE BEST COLLECTIBLES INVESTMENT YOU CAN MAKE) ........ NO EASIER CHEAPER BUSINESS START-UP!!! Dear Dealer, Investor, Hoarder, Framer, Retailer or Premium Buyer: The Scripophily * market is the hottest it's ever been. Collecting old stocks and bonds is widely recognized as the fastest-growing hobby in the world! *The Hobby of Collecting Stock and Bond Certificates That being said, the market is still only a fraction of the size of the raging bull market in coins and currency. The appreciation potential of old stocks is truly staggering, especially in view of the following facts: Most stocks are substantially scarcer than coins, stamps and even currency. The latter collectibles were issued for mass public use, often in the millions or tens of millions. Stocks were issued purely for the purpose of documenting an ownership interest in a business, often a privately held one. Most were issued in the thousands or LESS. When a hoard of stocks is discovered (something that hasn't happened with any frequency for at least 20 years), it usually contains all or most of a company's extant certificates - with no others to be found once those have been dispersed! This is not the case with coins. Hoards and hoards of the same type and/or denomination keep turning up all the time - just look at all the ebay offerings of great new "finds" that have just recently been unearthed. Paper securities are on the verge of being discontinued altogether. It's not known when this is going to happen but it is practically inevitable, with more and more big players including big business, big brokers, stock exchanges, banks, and government all demanding it in the interest of security, control and efficiency. Even now, only 1 in about 7 share purchases involves a shareholder actually receiving a stock certificate. It's now common for brokers to charge a "certificate fee" of up to $50.00 or more just for delivery of a "live" stock. Even if stock certificates aren't discontinued altogether, it remains almost impossible to get "aftermarket" (cancelled) examples of current stocks due to vastly tightened security measures. Little to no new material is expected to come onto the scripophily market in the future, which points to higher prices for existing supplies. Many other forces are combining to create growing demand for stocks as a collectible: The sheer popularity (and accompanying price increases) of coins and currency are pushing more collectors into stocks. At the same time, there is more global awareness about what stocks are, and what gives them collectible appeal - this due to ever-increasing public investment in stocks, especially via mutual funds, and a bull market that, with few interruptions, has lasted from World War II until the present. Finally, stocks and bonds have a great amount of visual appeal due to their large size and elaborate engraving. Coupled with their historic significance as a chronicle of modern capitalism, this makes them the collectible to watch. Now that you're "in the know" you will definitely appreciate this deal: 800 Assorted Stocks, all 20th Century, all vignetted and/or nicely engraved, for the below-wholesale price of 29.9 Cents each!! You won't find a better price for this variety (50-100 different titles!!!!!) anywhere. Once in a blue moon, an ebay seller will offer a bulk lot of one or two very common titles in this price range, but NO ONE will offer you as good a variety that includes so many scarcer titles. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE SAME 5 OR 10 STOCKS THAT MOST OTHER SELLERS ARE OFFERING IN THEIR "BULK" LOTS!!! These certificates command an average of $4.00 to $6.00 retail on today's retail market. You may get as much as $10.00 to $15.00 or more for many of them, as we do!!!!! If you want to blow them out at a flea market for 99 Cents to $1.99 each you'll do just that. Expect them to appreciate over time if you simply sit on them. The vast majority of certificates (60% to 70%) will be in the "better" quality range. 30% to 40% will be of average quality with typical signs of handling or very minor imperfections. If you want only premium hand picked quality (investment grade) stocks (XF & better), we also have those available. But keep in mind that when you offer John Q. Public something as unique and interesting as an old stock certificate for $5 or less, he really doesn't care if the stock is Gem Crisp Uncirculated. We've found that many buyers like to see minor signs of handling such as cancellations - it reassures them that it's the genuine article. You will not receive large quantities of one or two common titles or one industry, but an excellent mix of material selected for re-sale....we are looking for re-orders, not just a one-time purchase. If you make even a part-time, leisurely effort to sell these historical documents, you are going to want to re-order, because PEOPLE BUY THEM. We have sold thousands of them on ebay and sell many more of them offline than on ebay. You can too...almost anywhere!! You can sell these at the office (hang some on your wall framed and watch the offers start to roll in), in school (show them to your teacher, classmates, or students and score major points as a "history buff"), at church, in a yard sale, at a block party, at a flea market, at a coin or collectibles show (at ANY kind of show or exhibit for that matter), at parties (present a few to the host or birthday boy or girl after a short speech about the new "investment portfolio" you are going to put them into and spark instant interest), in classified ads, even on ebay (we don't have time or manpower to list all our titles individually - but you can, and make a PROFIT by doing so!). If you do framing, this lot offers you a GIANT profit opportunity. If you are seeking a premium for your business or organization, look no further. You'll never find any premium that will be as APPRECIATED as these stocks - they are historical, educational, beautifully engraved and, best of all, UNIQUE! The scans show a random sampling of the type of vignetted material you will receive (there will also be attractively engraved non-vignetted stocks, many with graphic logos). The following list includes many of the titles that you will receive, but is not definitive, and is subject to change: Numerous scarcer and better titles are not listed here so as not to suggest that they will be prevalent. We would like them to remain a surprise. Please note that you may not get an exactly equal number of each of 100 or more stocks (quantity per title fluctuates with what we have currently available). American Pacific - Associated Food Stores - American Real Estate - Baldwin Securities - Baldwin (Piano Co.) - Barnett Bank - Belding Heminway - Black Angus Franchise System - Brandywine Sports - Casale Industries - Chrysler Financial - Co-Build Companies - Compusave - Computer Horizons - Dennison - Diamond Shamrock - Dollar General - Directomat - Dynamic Classics - Eco Electric - First Virginia Bank - Fountain Powerboat - General Fireproofing - Georgia Bonded Fibers - Great American Recreation - Gruntal Financial - Industrial Electronic Hardware - Hallwood Energy - Heck's - Lescarden - Lums- Major Realty - Magnum Communications - Matlack Systems - McCLean - Meredith - Metro-Tel - National Priorities - Oakite - Official Films - Pan American Sulphur - Penn Central (3 kinds) - Phoenix Materials - Power Test - Precision Optics - Programming & Systems - Publishing Computer Services - Rimco - Rollins - Ronson - Seal Fleet - Signature Resorts - Special Studies - Spiral Metal - Standard Motor - St. George Operating & Improvement - Sun Distributors - Systems Computer Technology - Technicon - Transmagnetics - Tung-Sol Electric - Twin City Bank - Unimed - Union Corp. - United Board & Carton - United Merchants - Volt Information Sciences - Wedco Technology - Westcoast Energy - Zenith Labs. Why are we offering stocks for so little money, when we can sell them ourselves for so much more? Well, we do intend to keep selling them individually. But warehouse space around NYC is expensive and we can't afford to store less expensive stocks that we have in quantity. Finally, we will only be offering this exceptional deal for a limited time. Any "bulk" material remaining in 2008 will be going into our new retail store that will have a large basement for storage. So strike while the iron is hot. This might be the last opportunity to buy stocks this cheap....ever!! We know almost every major dealer in the world, and no one is offering a deal like this. Thanks and good luck bidding. P.S. Be sure to see our auctions for 80 and 100 Different Antique Stocks ("Ebay's Best Collection of Stocks").
