Description
Gem 1930 Standing Liberty Quarter MS-65 FH Another coin I hate selling. An absolutely stunning Standing Liberty Quarter FH Gem. A lustrous, full-head example of the last year of the series. The strike is beautiful. The head of Ms. Liberty is wonderful. You can see her eye, her cheek and nose. No squished strike this. Look closely and you can see how clean the coin is. No distracting marks on either Liberty or the eagle. My photos don't do justice to the coin. Pardon me for saying that I can't believe that this isn't a 67, never mind a 66.Actually, I bought this coin for my father in law about a decade ago. He placed his coins in auction at Heritages 2005 ANA. When I was attending I just couldn't pass buying a few and this was one. There is a slightly muted golden toning, but I would call the coin white. Especially comparing it to many of my other coins. I love real toning! But not the 'rainbow' stuff which might or might not be real.Anyway, this is a real PQ coin so I'm putting it in a close to Greysheet starting point. Personally, I think it worth at least a hundred bucks more. They don't even list MS66FH levels!Good luck bidding. My shipping charge includes Priority Mail and as much insurance as they'll give me online. Never had a problem with them. But, I'm going to try to list a couple more coins. If you win more than one, there is no charge for shipping extra coins. Well, the USPS doesn't charge me, so why should I charge you?If you look at my feedback you see how enthusiastically my buyers rate me. In fact, some are actually dealers themselves. I guess they know something about coins, magazines, etc.As I said, good luck bidding!Billy Prefer PayPal, but will accept checks, but they must fully clear.  _gsrx_vers_236 (GS 5.0.3 (236))
