This is a 1886 $1 Martha Washington Silver Certificate, which is I grade as a nice Very Fine.  Note still retains some crispness, nice color, and some embossing. It does have a few pinholes in the portrait area and a small margin tear at the top of the one real hard fold down the center. It has two other readily visible vertical folds as seen in the scan.  A better Friedberg number and a tough note to locate in better circulated grades.
