All shipments of Silver are done with FedEx Ground, Full Insurance is included with the flat rate shipping charge, this is for the 48 states only, if you are in HI or AK it will need to be shipped by Priority Mail, which carries the higher cost.  It generally takes me a least 3-4 days to get these shipped.  There is an additional charge of $15 for shipping by the US Post office to cover the higher  insurance charges.  The picture shown is a stock photo of one of the bars I have had and is not necessarily the actual bar being sold. PLEASE NOTE when paying by check:  I gladly except payment by check, but because of the dollar amount of these silver bars I reserve the right to hold shipment for 10 business days to allowing clearing of the check. PLEASE READ:  I do not make anything on the shipping, Fedex ground is by far the lowest cost, but it must be shipped to a street address, they can not deliver to a PO Box.  (If you are in California it can take up to a week, if you are in the North Central area it might take 1 day, please keep that in mind when expecting delivery)  Basicly Fedex charges me about $10 for insurance and the post office about $20.  Also, when I ship by the post office, to insure requires me to go to the post office and fill out paper work and stand in line.  So please, if you have your ship to address on PayPal listed as a PO Box, I need for you to include a street address or pay the higher fee. I am required to charge sales tax for shipments to addresses within Minnesota.  Sales tax applies only if shipped to a location within Minnesota.  If you are entitled to buy it with an exemption, please mail or email a properly filled out exception. These are my general terms of operation:  Returns:  I will always allow return of items for full refund if the item is not as stated or if your not satisfied.  I do require you to notify me within 4 days of receipt of the item(s), if you intend to return and to return the item within 7 days of receipt of the item(s).  I will accept returns after that date, but the refund will be reduced at the rate of 10% per week. Shipping:  Any shipping other than listed below, must be clearly stated in a separate email, and sent as soon as purchase is made.  Normally I ship by FedEx or US Priority mail, depending on weight. Where possible I will use a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box, so in some cases where multiple items are purchased if becomes quite a savings.  All items I sell can be combined for discounted freight. International shipping, will ship normally by Air Parcel Post or surface depending on your choice, if the item has a weight of less than 4 pounds it will be shipped by letter post, which is a little less in cost. If you would prefer another method of shipping, I will ship your choice. All shipping charges are based on actual weight, using the built in ebay's shipping calculator which includes a handling fee of $2.50 USD. No local pickup is available on this item. Payment:  I accept all forms of payment.  Payment by Paypal  using instant payment will ship same day if possible, otherwise within 24 hours, not counting holidays, Sundays or Saturdays.  If you pay by Paypal's echeck, it will ship when Paypal notifies me that the payment has cleared.  US Postal money orders, cash and Cashier's checks drawn on US banks will ship within 24 hours of receipt.  Personnel checks normally will ship in about 7 days, unless they are drawn on a bank in Minnesota in which case they will ship in about 4 days.  If you have a high ranking or I have done business with you before I will ship on personnel checks with 24 hours.
