These rare and historic bonds are genuine and authentic, printed by the State Bank / Central Treasury of the Nazi Germany Gau, Province or Territory of DANZIG. DANZIG fell to Germany in the first battle of WW2 in September 1939 and was firmly under German occupation and administration by this time. It was the capital of West Prussia, as stated on the bonds! "Third Reich Imperial Occupation / Annexation Law of 1940." Each Bond is 8" x 12", ornate, crisp, MINT. "DANZIG" appears 6 times in the text front and back. This Collection contains 5 Denominations: (see pictures) 1) 100 Reichsmark: Pink & Magenta 2) 200 Reichsmark: Lavender, Light Green 3) 500 Reichsmark: Green 4) 1000 Reichsmark: Gold 5) 5000 Reichsmark: Blue Vignette: Each bond features a wonderful vignette of Danzig's medieval Krantor, the waterfront gate designed to lift ships out of the water. Condition: MINT, sharp, crisp, the cancellation is a single tiny hole punched in the embossed seal, NO other cancellation holes or marks!
