The black printed text is clear and sharp, the paper remains very clean and without detractions. There is a deft repaired tear at the centerfold edge as so noted on its holder. A nice brown ink signature by Theodore Foster adds some color and extra eye appeal. According to the PMG population report, that firm has not certified even a single example, this note is the Second Finest Certified with only a single VF-30 graded finer.
