Boyd and has pencil notations (likely his) on that thin card backing.  There is a very large top sheet margin, the other three remain full, as issued. The text remains mostly bold black with light, even brown signatures and serial number present, with  some expert scattered conservation.  The words “New Bill” being written in bold brown ink and remains very sharp and distinct.  Signers include; Charles Hamond, Richard Gordon and George Steuart.  Less than a handful of notes are thought to exist from this entire third Maryland issue.  In Eric P.
