This is a well printed, fully typeset note that has a pleasing clean overall appearance along with four full margins. The upper left corner tip and edge has expert restoration as noted on its holder. There is a bold brown serial number and has the rare signature of "S. Hall Ter." The reverse is very clean, with only one vertical center fold present.
