Size is 9-1/4" by 11-1/2" folded with one side of 50 coupons and the other side is the title cover; back has Extract of Statues. It has a vignette of coat of arms. It was printed by Bouligny & Schmidt Sucs., Mexico in green and black and appears to be very high quality printing. Excellent condition. No damage. Image may be smaller or cut down due to the size of my scanner. Send an email with any questions before bidding please. Images may not be to scale. Description should have actual size. BUYER pays s&h of $4 first class or $5 Priority Mail in the USA; $6 Intl Airmail or $10 Priority to Canada. Multiple purchases that can be combined for shipping MAY result in lower total s&h. USA INSURANCE is extra and if you wish insurance please add $1.70 up to $50 value, $2.15 up to $100 value, and $2.55 for value to $200; and add $.90 per $100 thereafter (choosing to NOT include insurance will negate any responsibility from me for loss or damage in the mails). Insurance is highly recommended, as I cannot be responsible for packages not insured. Full care given to packaging to prevent any damage. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Intl s&h MINIMUM will be $(CONTACT ME) Intl Priority Mail (Some Countries have a higher mailing rate) which appears to be available to most countries but the delivery time can be vary from country to country; these Priority Envelopes will be registered as I cannot be responsible for shipments not Registered. (Priority Flat Rate Boxes carry automatic insurance up to a limited amount. Most run $37 flat rate; use for multiple or large book orders.) Registered Mail is recommended and MAY be required for certain countries. It is offered and if you don't choose it, you are taking the RISK of loss on yourself.CONTACT ME BEFORE ANY PAYMENTS ARE MADE FOR YOUR S&H. DO NOT MAKE ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS BEFORE GETTING THE PROPER COSTS. On the advice of a lawyer and postal authorities I do not reduce the value or change the descriptions on Customs Declarations. I do not wish to be fined and/or jailed or even have to communicate with the authorities about this. I do not ship to ITALY, MEXICO, GREECE, SPAIN, VENEZUELA or the PHILIPPINES (and possibly others due to certain situations) unless you contact me first and agree in writing to use Registered Mail with insurance for the full purchase price. Payment due 7 days after the close of the auction; checks & MO's (payable in U.S. funds on a U.S. bank with that address on the instrument) accepted for payment, must clear bank; for credit cards use PAYPAL.com in the USA and many world countries. Payments in US Dollars only Please. ABSOLUTELY NO BANK TRANSFERS. The USA does not participate in the IBAN system. ABSOLUTELY NO MONEYGRAMS. Last one I received I was refused payment because it involved an internet sale!?!?!?!?! OVERSEAS BUYERS - CONFIRM YOUR TOTAL WITH ME! ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS WHEN SENDING PAYMENT. ADDRESSES ON CHECKS ARE NOT SUFFICIENT. THEY ARE DEPOSITED IMMEDIATELY TO ALLOW FOR CLEARANCE. CALIFORNIA addresses MUST add 8.5% Sales Tax or risk delay of shipment. I received a letter from the State of California stating that I have to charge tax on the S&H now too!!! DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL ACTUAL AMOUNT IS DETERMINED!!!
