This certificate was never issued, has printed signatures but no revenue stamp. Size is 9-1/4" by 11-1/2" folded with one side of 50 coupons and the other side is the title cover; back has Extract of Statues. It has a vignette of coat of arms. It was printed by Bouligny & Schmidt Sucs., Mexico in green and black and appears to be very high quality printing. Excellent condition. No damage.
