Lustrous, 'mint state' surfaces and a much scarcer variety than Sear indicates.   Heraclius or Herakleios or (Latin: Flavius Heraclius Augustus; (c. 575 - February 11, 641) was a Byzantine Emperor of Armenian descent, who ruled the Roman Empire from October 5, 610 to February 11, 641.   Heraclius was born into an Armenian family from Cappadocia, although beyond that, there is little specific information known about his ancestry.
