It is not. Beautiful coin in a great holder. Midwestern values, honesty, and customer service.  I provide good photos and an accurate description.  I answer every question I receive, often within minutes, usually within hours.  No hype, no evasive answers.  Shipping:Shipping in the USA is $14.95 , including insurance, via registered mail.  Registered mail is very safe but can be slow.  If you're in a hurry choose the express option.
