This is a UNIQUE item, which is clearly identified on the holder as a Limited Edition issue!  The coin you are bidding on is numbered 75 of 5000. However, the mintage history is identified below!!!!   As you can see in the photo, it is signed by the 36th U.S. Mint Director, Jay W. Johnson.
