They are brand new, never used.  They hold currency that is 6.5 by 3 inches, which fits all the US currency printed from 1928 until now.  The notes in the picture do not come with the sleeves and are not included.  I try to keep my shipping and handling down, but they have to cover some of the costs of the listing, postage, materials, and my time.  I will combine shipping and handling costs after the highest priced shipping item fee, to $1.00 off for each following item.  If you want combined shipping, you must pay for all the auctions with 1 payment, which you will need to wait for the invoice, even if it is Buy it Now.  Delivery confirmation is included with the shipping.
