The coins were struck from Sterling Silver blanks and encapsulated in ultrasonically sealed crystal styrene.  They have never been in circulation. The number of coins minted were limited in edition.  Each coin contains 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper alloy. The $5 coins are 38 mm in diameter with a fine silver content of .72 Troy oz. The $10 coins are 45 mm in diameter with a fine silver content of 1.44 Troy oz. There were a a series of seven releases from 1973 through 1976.  The complete 7 series of coins are in a leather case lined with white satin and displayed on blue velvet.  This complete set comes with a description card of the four (4) coins released for that series. This item is sold as is and comes from a smoke free home.  It comes in its original packaging and box.  There is some wear to the outer leather box, but the coins have never been removed from their cointainers.
