These coins were sent out to collectors on a monthly basis beginning in 1975. This edition was the only edition serial numbered and minted with 24kt gold plating on sterling silver. Each coin weighs approximately 1.1 oz. . Each coin sold for $27 new. A table came with the collection as seen in the photos. It has four drawers with 25 coins in each drawer. The collection also comes with a small spiral book that holds the pages that came with each coin as well as another small book with a detailed description of the collection. Some of these coins had some tarnish on them. I was able to clean them up fairly well although a few still have some areas where a bit wouldn't come off. (I used "e-Z-est" coin cleaner by Athena thanks to the advice of James and Jason at "All C's Collectibles" who also sell here on ebay.) Please note: I know very little about coins. I am selling these for a friend who had them passed down to him from a family member. The condition of the table is not the greatest but we're not adding any value to the collection by including it. I have not specified a shipping cost or method as I do not know the best way to ship coins. If you decide to purchase this collection at the listed price we will include the shipping costs and will ship in the manner that you choose.
