Pure white and virtually unmarked, with full ULTRA CAM frost over the devices of each side! The beginnings of some die stress in the fields caused a slight decrease in the depth and darkness of the mirrors, and so NGC chose to award this piece STAR & CAMEO rather than an ULTRA CAM designation. What a stunning coin for the assigned grade!   A mere 2 coins have graded MS68* (STAR) Cameo, with none finer; and there are exactly 4 MS68 Ultra Cameos with none finer, at NGC!
