Description
Current Lot Fr.2089A* Sheet of 16 2004 $20 Currency Notes Choice Crisp Uncirculated. Uncut Sheet of 16. Serial #EA00006600* through #EA 00156600*changing the fifth then sixth digits. 2004 Series $20 Federal Reserve notes Boston district. This is the first of the colorized $20 notes with Marin and Snow as the signers. This is an uncut sheet that displays nicely and has not seen any abuse or mishandling. It has razor sharp centering and crisp paper with vibrant new colors. This sheet would display handsomely on a wall and the serial numbers help the desirability. Friedberg lists this sheet at a bit more than face which is under assessed in our opinion. Schwartz specifically lists these serial numbers at a higher value on an individual basis. In our opinion, the later is more accurate and as a sheet this increases their value. This sheet is very desirable for collectors based on the higher denomination and the specific serial numbers! If a person were to make a poor decision and cut this sheet apart they would have 16 very salable notes based on the ending of the serial numbers alone. This is an example where the sum is greater than the parts. (1 Sheet of 16 Notes)
