What this means is there is a set from 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1976 3 piece silver, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1981, 1981, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996 which includes the W dime, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.  This includes the new satin finish mint set that the grading companies are calling Satin Finish or Special Mint set as these coins were not made for circulation as mint set coins are.  As an added bonus I will add the 1976 3 piece silver mint set. These are complete mint sets, in the case of sets 1999 and later that means the state quarters are included. The envelopes are all original and have normal wear and tear for items up to 40 years old. The scan is of one of the sets.
