Description
Superb Uncirculated 1937 Specimen Set of 8 Notes $1 to $1000 conservatively certified by CCGS between SP63-65. Only 37 of these sets were sold in 1999 by the Bank of Canada, most with glue residue or other faults and auctioned as AU. A complete Uncirculated original set such as this is rare due to the aforementiond faults and also quite a few of the sets were broken up and the notes sold individually. PMG seems to have emerged as the 3rd party service of choice. Given my experience with CCGS/PMG crossover grading I feel these notes should garner 65-66 EPQ grades if submitted to PMG. No matter, they are already certified as Uncirculated by a conservative 3rd party service. Any questions please contact me prior to bidding. Shipping will be by Fedex at my expense. Thank you.
