EF' Description $10.00-1935A-FR2309-WORLD WAR II  EMERGENCY CURRENCY NORTH AFRICA, SILVER CERTIFICATE.   GREAT LOOKING EXTRA FINE NOTE !!     This great looking note has vivid colors, great corners, edges, and margins, crisp, backgrounds are toned which is normal for this note. These WWII notes are starting to get hard to find !!  In my opinion I would grade this note as EXTREMLEY FINE  !!!   This is my opinion only please use large scans and grade for yourself I always try to use large scans for ungraded notes so that any imperfections or qualities are easily seen.  This note has some minor folds/wrinkles and a small stain in the reverse left margin, no tears, no pinholes.  Government signatures are Julian and Morgenthau.    S&H charges are not negotiable.
