These WWII notes are starting to get hard to find !!  This note has been graded by the very conservative PCGS as  VERY FINE 20 PPQ !!!   The PPQ stands for Premium Paper Quality!!  This is my opinion only please use large scans and grade for yourself I always try to use large scans for ungraded notes so that any imperfections or qualities are easily seen.  This note has numerous folds/wrinkles which accounts for the grade and  no stains, no tears, no pinholes.  Government signatures are Julian and Morgenthau.    S&H charges are as follows: $1.00-$49.99……$ 5.00 $50.00-$99.99……$ 6.00 $100.00-$149.99……$ 7.00 $150.00 and over……$ 8.00 S&H charges are not negotiable.
