Description This note is a scarce 1902 series National banknote issued by the Boonville National Bank of Boonville Missouri, charter 10915 M for Midwest. This note is one of just two dozen or so notes ever found on this bank. The note grades fine, there are no border distractions, there is one small hole in the center of the note just below the B in Boonville, mentioned for accuracy. The signatures are there in purple ink and faded. I have not had this bank in 20 years of Nationals activity. The note has a nice appearance for the grade, Cooper County collectors here is your chance! The bank opened in 1916 and closed in 1932, a short period.
