If it weren't for just one very light and hardly visible center-fold, this bill would easily grade Uncirculated. Signatures on this note are Julian and Morgenthau. This bill is also a Mule note, with nearly perfect margins on both sides, and the reverse side has rich, deep-green embossing. Check the super-sized images your yourself, if there's any doubt! Graded about uncirculated 53 by PMG (Paper Money Guaranty), the PMG certificate will be included with the bill, but the bill is no longer encased within the flimsy type PMG holder, because I place all of the bills in my own collection into a the more durable and sturdy, Collector Safe type holders.
