Africa' Description Good looking note I would say is a VF15.  Cool yellow seal note issued during WWII. Very popular and highly sought after.  Here is a very fine example that bears the rare star. Tough to find in any condition. This note has straight edges with a little creasing at the pointed corners.  Horizontal  and vertical creases are visible, but not prominent.  Paper still has some crispness and is not limp.  No pinholes or tears.  Comes in mylar case.
