Serial : E 00000708 A Beautiful Note! This Federal Reserve Bank Note has the large BROWN Seal and is the Series of 1929. There were only 192,000 notes minted for this district in this series.  These high denomination low serial numbers do not come up very often on Ebay. Book value on an average 1929 $100 Richmond district is $175 in Very Fine condition and $800 in Choice Uncirculated condition. The $1 1935 and 1957 3 digit silver certificates have been selling at quite a premium over their higher serial number counterparts. The "E" on the right side serial Number is mis-aligned with the other 9 characters in the serial. Please see the photos.
